To open an account with 365ach, you must be a natural person aged 21 or above. Registrations by persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited. 365ach implements age verification procedures and may request supporting documentation — including a valid national identification card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account. 365ach is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 365ach platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 365ach reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and withhold any balances pending a full review. Players found to have deliberately circumvented this policy may be permanently barred from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 365ach support immediately via the contact details provided on the platform. 365ach will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 365ach account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. 365ach does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility. Deposits made using payment instruments registered to a name other than the account holder's name may be declined or held for verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including all Bangladesh public holidays. 365ach imposes no withdrawal fees. Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, 365ach may request alternative verified payment details. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification checks in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

365ach may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of your registered address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method being used. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your withdrawal request. These checks are conducted in compliance with applicable financial regulations and are not optional.

365ach reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction if it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or a technical error. In such circumstances, the affected funds will be placed in a suspended state pending investigation. 365ach will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

All bets and wagers placed on the 365ach platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your selection, stake, and bet type before confirming any wager. Bets placed in error — including incorrect selections, incorrect stakes, or bets placed on the wrong market — cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation. 365ach is not liable for losses arising from player error.

365ach provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, 365ach reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. Where a technical error results in an erroneous payout that exceeds the correct winning amount, the excess amount will be reclaimed from the player's balance. 365ach will communicate any such action to the affected player promptly.

Casino games and live dealer content available on the 365ach platform are provided by third-party game studios. While 365ach selects its studio partners carefully and requires that all content meet minimum fairness and security standards, 365ach does not accept liability for the actions, omissions, or errors of third-party providers.
